If the Customer leaves the website before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Policy shall require the Company, Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
Bank refund timelines vary due to banks’ batch schedules, weekends, transaction complexity, technical infrastructure, and regulatory checks. The entire process typically takes minimum 1-5 working days to complete for domestic transactions.
The refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu.
